Acme Programs
Acme All-Stars
This program is for youth 8 to 12 years old. It is a week-long day camp for one hour per day. The purpose of the program is to teach participants (and their parents) how to correctly use the cardio equipment, how to care for the equipment properly and proper fitness etiquette. After completion of the program, youth will be able to use the cardio room with their parents present. Camps are held monthly. Contact Acme for more information on our next camp.
A New Weigh
This program is for anybody who needs help with weight management. Each participant receives their own workout program and is monitored by a Certified Personal Trainer. Our next New Weigh Program will begin in soon! Contact Acme Brick Park for more information.

Health Evaluations
Health Evaluations are available for free to all members. Learn your weight, blood pressure, BMI, waist and hip circumference and body fat percentage! Also receive an individualized exercise plan.
