About After School Program (ASP):
Every day is different at ASP! Our program focuses on encouraging healthy, active lifestyles in children. On Mondays and Thursdays, children will participate in activities that will improve their sports skills. Several units are covered including basketball, volleyball, football, soccer, track and cross country. Additionally, children will participate in new and exciting games like "Topple Ball" and other unique games. Tuesdays are "CATCH" Days. Children will hear a lesson from our CATCH Curriculum which teaches health and nutrition lessons in a kid-friendly way. Following the CATCH lesson, we will play active, inclusive games which encourage constant movement. Fridays are fun days. Weather permitting, children will be allowed to play on the playground here at Acme, have some free time in the gym area and play group games of their choice. Children in Clinton Public Schools will have access to transportation to ASP from school.
