Inside City Limits

$12.88 for the first 2,000 gallons
$4.03 per thousand for 2,001 - 4,000 gallons
$4.07 per thousand for 4,001 - 14,000 gallons
$4.64 per thousand for 14,001 - 100,000 gallons
$4.28 per thousand for 100,001 - 500,000 gallons
$4.08 per thousand for any over 500,000 gallons

Outside City Limits

$19.32 for the first 2,000 gallons
$6.05 per thousand for 2,001 - 4,000 gallons
$6.11 per thousand for 4,001 - 14,000 gallons
$6.96 per thousand for 14,001 - 100,000 gallons
$6.42 per thousand for 100,001 - 500,000 gallons
$6.12 per thousand for any over 500,000 gallons

Sewer Rates

Minimum base charge is $7.13
Minimum base charge is for up to 2,000 gallons used then
calculates at 60% of water charged
Residential accounts have a $25.00 maximum on sewer charges
Commercial accounts have no maximum.
 

There is a Sewer surcharge of $7.52 per customer on city sewer service.
There is a Water surcharge 16 cents per customer on city water service.
