What if I can not make my scheduled court date?
Contact the Court Clerk's office at (580) 323-7244 prior to your court date to reschedule.

What if I do not want to appear before the Judge?
If you do not want to appear before the judge, your fine must be paid prior to scheduled court appearance date/time.

What if I do not appear for my court date?
An arrest warrant will be issued by the Court Clerk's office.  If your fine is not paid prior to your court date or you fail to appear, a warrant will be issued for your arrest and a $25.00 warrant fee imposed.

What cases are handled by Municipal Court?
Municipal court handles citations issued by City of Clinton police officers.  District Court handles citations issued by the OK Highway Patrol  District Court is located inside the courthouse at Arapaho.  Their phone number is (580) 323-3233.

Proper & Respectful attire is requested for court appearances (no halter tops, baggy jeans, etc.)
