Enterprise Zone
|
|
Enterprise zones provide extra
incentives for business. Double the Investment/New Jobs Tax Credit
is allowed and low interest loans may be made available through enterprise
district loan funds. Local communities may exempt local taxes for
six (6) years (instead of 5) for qualifying businesses (62 O.S. §
860). Small LInked Deposit Loans may be for longer terms. (62 O.S.
§§ 88 1A et seq.)

Beginning at the Southwest corner of the intersection of
Commerce Road, Sauter Drive and Neptune Drive (also known as East
right-of-way line of Neptune Drive (Route 66) to I-40 Interchange, where
Neptune Drive becomes 10th Street, continuing Northeasterly along 10th
Street to the intersection of 10th Street and Opal Avenue, continuing East
on Opal Avenue to the interseciton of South 6th Street and Opal
Avenue; thence North along the East right-of-way of S. 6th Street to
the intersection of South 6th street and Locust Avenue; thence East along
the South right-of-way line of Locust Avenue to the intersection of Locust
Avenue and South 3rd Street; thence North along the East right-of-way line
of South 3rd street to the intersection of South 3rd Street and Hayes
Avenue; thence East along the South right-of-way line of Hayes avenue to
