Acme Brick Park
Acme Park has been developed in two phases. Phase 1 included an Activity Building, an Entry Building, an Exhibit Building, a large wood playground and a Parking Lot. Phase two included 3 softball fields, 3 baseball fields, 15 soccer fields and 2 fishing ponds.

From I-40, take Exit 65 - Gary Blvd. From off ramp, continue north to stop light at Modelle Ave. Turn West (left) onto Modelle Ave. Continue west on Modelle Ave until 28th Street. Turn south onto 28th Street and coninue across rail road tracks to stop sign. Turn right at stop sign into Acme Brick Park

The M.T. and Helen Gholston's Children's Park was built in October, 2000 by 718 community volunteers.

Memorial Wall
The memorial wall at Acme Brick Park remembers those from our community who gave their life for our freedoms.
Nature Trail
Leading around our two ponds, the Nature Trail at Acme Brick Park is just shy of 1 mile in length. From the trail, you can enjoy the scenery from the entire park and the wildlife residing in and around our ponds.
Excursion Train
The H.P. Hunntington replica train carries visitors on a 1 mile ride that includes crossing the lake over a bridge, and a trip through the dark tunnel.
