When are utility bills mailed/due?
Bills are mailed out the last working day of the month.  All bills are due by the 15th of the month.  Late notices will be mailed out after the 15th and a late charge assessed.  Accounts that have not been paid by the disconnect date will be disconnected.

What if I can not pay my bill by the due date?
You can avoid disconnection by coming into the utility office and making a written arrangement to pay at a later date.  (Up to 3 times per year)  If you fail to honor your arrangement to pay, this service will no longer be available to you.

What if my service is disconnected?
Payment of the delinquent bill plus a $25.00 service charge is required before service will be reconnected.

Why was I charged a $25.00 Service Charge even though my water was not disconnected?
If your name appears on the cut-off list you are charged a $25.00 service charge even though you may have paid your bill before the water crews turned off the water to your residence/business.
